13. Pacific Central Station

Transportation can be seen as the pulse of a city, allowing people to move freely and enjoy life fully. Since the 1920s, Pacific Central Station has been a hub for people moving in and out of Vancouver. I chose to paint this historic building in late afternoon light on an autumn day. Warm colours and strong contrast help to bring the station to life.
