Pino Daeni has always been an inspiration of mine. He uses bold brushstrokes and incredible colours in the places you would least expect. Waterfront Station is one of the most beautiful pieces of architecture in downtown Vancouver, and it is a part of many Vancouverites' everyday lives. The bright Sunday morning light and the rich red brick building provided the perfect opportunity to emulate Daeni’s colours in a piece of my own.
